Statement on preregistration
The companies of the KAJO-Group (KAJO-Chemie GmbH, KAJO-Schmierstoff-Technik GmbH und PEKA-Chemie GmbH) performed the preregistration of all products, obligatory for registration, at the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA) in due time. This applies in most instances to substances manufactured in the product range of KAJO-Schmierstoff-Technik GmbH. KAJO-Chemie GmbH and PEKA-Chemie GmbH exclusively produce preparations, which are not obliged to registration. We are in steady contact with the suppliers of the raw materials of our preparations. In our function as downstream user in the supply chain we will work towards, that all our suppliers will conduct the registration of the preregistered substances. As far as we know, all substances, utilized by us, are preregistered.
Furthermore KAJO-Chemie GmbH, KAJO-Schmierstoff-Technik GmbH and PEKA-Chemie GmbH declare, with regard to article 33, paragraph 2 of the REACH-regulation, that no company of the KAJO-Group produce or process substances, complying with the criteria of article 57 or article 59, paragraph 1 and which are contained in a concentration of more than 0,1 mass percentage (w/w).
