Consequently environmental friendly
For nearly 25 years KAJO has developed and manufactured a wide range of biodegradable lubricants in Anröchte. From the start we have taken care of environmental friendly production processes. Our lubricants are manufactured in closed production cycles. With this, the production is emission-free, i.e. no harmful substances are released and no waste occurs. Already by the middle of the 80's we realized, that biodegradable lubricants will bear an increasing meaning in the future. On this account we have developed products at the highest stage, which also proves themselves technically.
Typical for mittelstand - the innovative searching for new markets niches and new products resulted in the fact, that already by the end of the 80's we belonged to the first in the German market, whose products were awarded with the environmental label "Blue Angel". The same applied for the first lubricating grease in 1992 and the first hydraulic oils in 1996.
Even at the latest KAJO is here at the sharp edge. We are the first in Europe, being eligible to carry the European Ecolabel for at present two products, a chain-saw lubricant oil and a high-performance BIO-hydraulic oil. Further products are planned to round the entire product range of BIO-lubricants.
We also see a large potential for biodegradable lubricants in the future. Not only for the good ecological compatibility and the high technical performance, but also for aspects of CO2-reduction.
Here BIO-lubricants are having a distinctive advantage, as they behave neutrally against the environment. We continue seeing our objective targets in a steadily technical further development of our BIO-product spectrum.
